  • Register: If you’re reading this, it’s likely that you’ve expressed an interest and already signed-up!
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with some guide information and FAQs.

How does it work?

  • Surveys: Participate in surveys sent to your email. Each survey will have a specific topic and duration
  • Focus groups: Join focus group discussions either online or in-person
  • Frequency of invitation: This will vary depending on the needs of the business.

  • We’ll thank you as much as we can: Earn vouchers or entries into prize draws.

No obligation

  • Voluntary participation: You’re not obligated to participate in every activity. Choose the ones that interest you.
  • Opt-out: You can opt-out as a member at any time.

    • How often will I receive invitations to participate?
      • The frequency of invitations will vary depending on the needs of the business. You may receive invitations periodically.

    • Why should I participate?
      • You’ll have a direct voice in shaping and improving our savings products and services, helping us understand what we can do better and improve the quality of experience for everyone.  Share your experiences directly with the decision-makers and help us learn. We appreciate your involvement and will always try to reward you for your time.

    • What types of rewards can I earn?
      • You can earn Amazon vouchers, cash incentives or entries into prize draws for participating in activities.

    • Will the rewards for each activity be communicated at the point of invitation?
      • Yes. The type of reward and value will be shared along with the invite.  This will help you to decide on whether you wish to participate.

    • Do I have to participate in every activity?
      • No, participation is voluntary. You can choose the activities that interest you.

    • Will activities require travel?
      • In some instances, HTB may be conducting a physical group activity that requires some travel. Travel costs will be covered by HTB in these instances. It is envisaged most activities will be conducted online.
