Through our partner Neighbourly, we connect our employees with thousands of charities across the UK – bridging the gap between those who want to help and those who need it most.

Every employee receives a paid volunteering day every year to support a cause close to their heart. With access to over 45,000 charities, they can make a meaningful difference in their local communities.
