Wellbeing Champions
Advocates for mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Our Wellbeing Champions are volunteers dedicated to promoting a culture of healthy high-performance work. They serve as a link between colleagues, HR, and GEC, advising on wellbeing initiatives and current themes, interpreting wellbeing data, and modelling positive behaviours.
Change Network
The engine behind many of our cultural moments, from IWD and Pride to Black History Month. Our Change Network strives for progress and improvement in equality, diversity and inclusion across HTB.
