Hampshire Trust Bank won the Award for Customer Service in the Savings Champion 2017 Awards.
The specialist bank was also Highly Commended in the Best Savings Provider for Existing Customers and Best Charity Savings Account Provider categories of the annual award.
According to Savings Champion, the awards, which are in their fourth year, not only recognise those banks and building societies that offer consistently competitive rates for new savers, but, as importantly, those that support their existing savers and offer high levels of customer service.
