Hampshire Trust Bank, the specialist bank, has provided a loan to Knaresborough-based Wharfedale Homes to fund the construction of a residential development in Helmsley, North Yorkshire.
The development of 60 residential units comprises of a blend of private and affordable homes which range in size from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached homes.
The project, which has a gross development value of circa £18m, will be undertaken in three phases. The first phase will comprise of 14 private houses, with the first completions due in October 2017. Ten homes in the first phase have already been reserved.
