As part of the deal, which follows on the back of Christmas and New Year incentives, customers will receive a refund of the valuation fee up to a maximum of £1,000 and a £500 contribution towards legal fees, subject to terms and conditions*. This time the minimum deal size is £300,000, compared to £500,000 in the Christmas and New Year incentives.
The Commercial Mortgages team offers bridging and term finance secured against buy-to-let, semi-commercial and commercial property with loan amounts from £100,000 to £2.5m.
