- Our Wellbeing Champions are advocates for mental, physical and emotional health of our people. They organise initiatives, invite expert speakers and create safe spaces for open conversations to support everyone’s wellbeing.
- Our Change Network is dedicated to making HTB better for everyone, organising events for IWD, Pride, Black History Month and more. Through forums and collaboration the Change Network empowers colleagues to influence the future of HTB.

HTB is a great place to grow and develop.
- We offer a regular programme of lunch and learn sessions which are delivered by our in-house subject matter experts.
- If your a people manager we also offer a programme designed to further enhance your management skills and introduce you to what people management looks like at HTB.
- You can gain a professional qualification or attend external training courses through our study support scheme.
- Additionally, at HTB we recognise that not all career paths are linear. Our internal job board helps you identify opportunities to apply for roles in other teams which has generated multiple success stories.
